Norwood, as the house is known, is situated on seventeen acres in Westchester County and was designed by renowned neoclassical architects, Delano & Aldrich.  Our clients were drawn to the refined proportions and strict symmetry of the house and asked OF/D to develop an interiors strategy that would incorporate their extensive collection of modern art and harmoniously introduce a more casual atmosphere suited to a young family with two children.

New furnishings, art lighting and paint palettes respectfully signify a new era for this historic home and continue to showcase the elaborate craftsmanship of the traditional wood paneling and generously proportioned spaces.
